HAUS

i just installed my fuel pump and when i try to start it it cranks for a second and then i hear ticking while still turning the key. the dome lights flash when i do this. and i dont hear the fuel pump wine when i turn the key. but i do hear something in the back where the tank is but its such a slight sound. car has been sitting for a while. anyone have any ideas
