castrol gtx 10w-40.
i put valvoline peak perfomance in my car one time and it started smoking drained it out put the castrol in it and it stopped so i have stuck with castrol ever since

royal purple oil, k &n oil filter the only thing is i run every weekend at the track along with occasional road use now that i put exhaust back on it and i change mine every week or atleast before every track session. so as far as regular maintance ive always used castrol gtx with great results.

i wish the k&n's were better filters, they look nice and have the very functional wrench fitting on the bottom. sad that a OEM ford filter is better and 1/2 to 2/3's the cost. i think i have one more k&n filter left, so i'll use it cause by no means are they junk - but next purchase will be a motorcraft
