hope that link worked if not let me know. you may have to have your volume up pretty load to hear it but its a higher pitched sound i thought as an exhaust leak but i cant seem to figure it out. Also my car consistantly runs at about a 2k idle after i rev it up and wont go back down till it sits for a minute, any ideas on how ot fix that? i havnt had the car dynoed yet but its commin soon!

 

sounds like valve tap, if your nto running high octane gas put a few tanks in it.

 

i run 92 in it. could it be due to timing,, any other ideas?

 

im not too sure how to fix it besides what i said, the tune will def make the car run better, the timing may fix that.

 

Also my idle stays high for a few seconds after barly touching the gas anytime. i thought that this may be a vac leak but im not sure

 

well yea, everyones does when its first started, than when it gets warm the throttle response is normal(for me at least)

 

anyone with a HCI done have any input? i cna see that the elbow for my TB hits my valve covers, i think this is causing an vac leak. im htinking a small spacer would fix that issue but why would trick flow sell that **** andit not fit together properly?

 

the mounting holes werent even fully drilled out on my trickflow intakes quality wasnt great but the runners were exellent

 

is this something you just got together and its making this noise or was everything ok and all of a sudden it delevoped a noise?

if you just got it together, i would think maybe rocker arms out of adjustment

 

they were all JUST re adjusded like 2 days ago. they were noisy as hell prior to that. i think that i have a vac leak in my system cause the egr stuff hits my valve covers and actually dented one so im ordering a spacer, hope it help.
