Default Pan fill C-4

Enlighten me, is a 'pan-fill' C-4 any better to use than a case- fill?
doing the trans for my car now and can get either for the same price.........

the 70 and up trannys are better to buy if you want a wider selection for torque converters and/or manual valve bodies. the 70 and up c4's are reverse pattern as apposed to the pre 70 c4 forward pattern. i'm pretty sure 70 and up are case fill.
