Default Foxbody Prices on the Rise?

I am just wondering if anyone else is noticing that prices for a foxbody mustang is on the rise. I live in Richmond, VA and bought a gt hatchback for 3500 about a year ago. I was looking on autotrader today and noticed that most foxes seem to be priced around 6-8k for an almost stock model. Just wondering if anyone else had noticed if prices in their area were going up. Either way, I am glad to see it as it makes all our cars more valuable.

yes, clean 5.0's in good condition seem to be going up lately.

bought mine for $5,500 10 years ago, if it was still bone stock I could
easily still get that for it.

Hell yea you could get that! I paid 5K for mine BONE STOCK down to the air silencer w/ 84K on it. And I thought I got a pretty good deal on it. Sometimes I wish I never touched my car and left it stock .... [:@]

Im not... its not going to be worth sh*t with tons of aftermarket performance parts on it! Well, atleast not as much as a stocker would go for! I cant wait to tell me kids... back in my day there used to be 100 of those things at the junkyard everytime you went. We used to buy those things for $500 dollars! Just like my dad tells me about old Chevell's, Nova's, etc

gotta be smart about it....i bought another block to build and have my stock one put away and prepped, so i can still sell it later as OEM....same for the tranny and rear end

It's the same in canada as well. A clean fox can fetch 7-8k easily.

I've noticed a high rise on prices too. I tought it was just me. I've been seeing clean once with few proformance parts going for 8-9k on craigslist in CA.
