difference b/w these kits

ordering a full catback, jw if anyone can notice the differenc between these two kits. one is $330 bucks, the other is $245! the only thing i notice is the style of the kit, one looks easier to install b/c theres less parts..

The more expensive one also has stainless steel tips that are polished (as opposed to the cheaper kit.)
