So, What did you end up using. We need one for 1996 4.6 auto that we are supercharging.

damn, an Adder thread[8D]

anyway, Copper ABSORBS heat better, and aluminum RELEASES heat better,

thats why CPU heatsinks have copper bases and aluminum fins,

copper is too soft I believe to be made into heads, so aluminum is the best alternative to iron
