Default 1/8 mile time slip

The 88 Mustang got the following mods over the winter, and here is our best timeslip so far:

FRPP GT40X305 heads, E303 cam, BBK shorty headers, 1.6 scorpian roller rockers, 24 lb. injectors, 190 lph fuel pump, adjustable regulator, typhoon intake, 70mm throttle body & egr plate, 76mm C&L MAF & intake pipe, 3.55 gears.

R/T *** .173
60' *** 1.612
330' ***5.069
MPH *** 66.19
1/8 *** 7.931
MPH *** 86.18
No 1/4 mile time yet, as we only have 1/8 mile tracks close by. Will have to travel about 100 miles or so to get to a quarter mile track, like Darlington SC or Carolina Dragway in Jackson SC.

No suspension work. The only mod is removal of the front sway bar. I'm running M/T drag radials 275/50R/15. All of my previous 60' times have been in the 2.0 range as I was only launching the car at about 2000 rpm. This 60' is with a launch at about 3.5 to 4k. Any higher, it blows the tires off at the line.

Thats a damn good 60' for no suspension mods.... i'm not calling bs or anything.. but i would have to see it to really believe it.
