Default Pistons and cam!!!help!!

well i have a set of stock e7te heads now to replace those 83 heads. i am going to have the e7s port and polished and have them milled also. what would be some good forged pistons i could put in there to replace the cast ones that were stock. i am having the block bored 30 over and am looking for 10.1:1 compression. and what would be the biggest cam i could go i was thinking of going with the comp magnum cam which has .512/.512 lift and like a 220 or 224 duration at 50 or something like that. can i go bigger????

you need pistons with fairly large valve reliefs, go with JE or Probe or any other good brands. you can go bigger on the cam but use 1.6 ratio rockers

no they were piece of **** cast so stupid and it only has an 8.3:1 compression with the 83 heads i have on now. i am running 15.4s (with a 2.5 sh!ty 60' time at 92.4 mph)consistently at lacr up in th 3000 elevation level.(that was also spinning through first and a clutch that was never fully ingaged (long story lol) i should be running high 14s though.(this is all in a 67 mustang just to clear things up)i have an 8 inch rear with 3.00 gears in it and 28 inch tall tires. yes all on a non roller block with stock cast pistons rods and crank and heads and an 8.3:1 cr. people are always saying that the non roller blocks are crap well i am running over full second faster then the roller blocks up here at lacr(which usually run around the mid 16 range here, thats stock of course). sorry for the side story........ i am looking for low 13s high 12s though...so anything that will help get me there...so again what sort of cam piston combo and how much head porting will it take to get there thats of course changing my gear ratio to either 3.80s or 4.11s..thanks for the help......

current mods are march underdrives with an overdrive on the water pump for cooling, edlebrock airgap manifold, holley 650 double pump(need leaner jets), msd pro billet ditributer, msd blaster 2 coil, msd 6a control box, hedmen long tube headers, 2 1/2 inch flomaster dual (no H or X) exhuast (2 chamber 40 series),flex fan, and a comp cam .456/.456 lift 218/218 duration(the cam is not much bigger then the 87-93 5.0 cam stock).

not necessarily it depends on ALOT of things... most likely not even half that, maybe not even a 1/4
