new bbk...comes with fuel rails and erg plate,...plus it is cheaper than gt40

I like the look of the new bbk, but do you all know anyone who has bolted one up? also does it flow any better then the cobra or gt 40?

Might as well get that BBK, check hood clearance if you have a 94-95 though.

it is an 89. but I was wanting to get ram air hood and ram air kit from cervini's, but I do not know if the underside over the intake hangs lower than stock. I also have a strut tower brace. what do you think, think it will clear hood and brace?

yes the older v8 explorers had cobra motors
no they just had the gt40 intake and gt40p heads, but no roller rockers are anything like that plus a cobra motor had cobra intake {samething as gt40} and gt 40 heads roller rockers and different ecu and i think a different cam not for sure on that one

actually the GT-40 flows better then the cobra. The GT-40 has the individual runners which make it flow better, but anything is better than nothing
