Default 5 speed trans

Is the 5 speed ttrans in a 94 3.8 the same as the 5.0 trans? I need one for my fox and can get one cheap and it is in a 94 3.8. Will it hold up and if so will the clutch work as well.

yes, it is the same. you will however have to swap a 85-93 input shaft into the transmission because the 3.8l is designed the same as the 94-95 5.0. the input shaft is 11/16" longer than a fox input shaft.

I have one in my fox tranny that i would be willing to sell to you, so you can swap in the WC-T5 into whatever car you are using.

I would also recommend a 85-93 bellhousing and a 10.5" flywheel and clutch
