just go to autozone and buy them new. they are like 60 bucks a pair for the fronts. they will not help in going around the curves. same thing with removing the front sway bar. basicly they act like drag springs for the front to loosen the front end up a lil so it will transfer weight to the rear better. they lower the front about an inch too.

yes it does. for what your talking about i would not remove the sway bar since you still take into account how the car will ride

then definitely don't take it off it won't handle for crap. putting the 4cylinder springs on isn't going to help it handle either

Cutting your springs is quite possibly the worst thing you can do. Find a set of name brand springs and spend the money, you'll lower your car and it'll handle fine.

why is it THE worst thing you can do? the back springs on my car were cut. i lowered a mustang this weekend we cut the springs on it and it rides fine. my girls car we cut the springs on it but they were lowering springs and it does ride rough. my friend with a 88 notch and 91 gt cut the springs the notch was fine but he cut a little bit to much on the 91 and it rides a little rough. my brother cut the springs on his old 90 (?) i think and it seemed to ride fine. what i am trying to say is you can just don't get greedy
