People are getting around 20k-30k miles out of these tires with occasional drag racing. I'm gonna drive the **** out of 'em and see what they're really like.

I've heard mixed opinions, some say that the difference isn't that big, and others like to think otherwise. I'd put my money on the M/T's hooking harder though. But getting drag radials to stick to the asphalt is all about getting your tire pressures correct and getting them heated up enough. But I like these because they are cheaper than the Mickey Thompson's and the BFG's, they're safer on the street (more grooves in the tread), they stick pretty good, and you can get a lot of miles out of them.

http://www.discounttiredirect.com/, I searched everywhere and they had the best prices and free shipping. Can't beat that.

haha. good luck getting 20-30k out of them. i went through two sets and i average about 8-10k from them.

i believe i went to the strip once or twice with each set and did some doughnuts and stuff so that obviously contributed to faster wear, but i think at the most you will probably get about 15k.

but you did make a good choice. i DD mine and they actually did pretty well in the rain. about as good as my junk street tires i have on there right now...
