yes the vacume hose from the bap sensor on the upper firewall if i left it pluged into the intake would my car run like s&^%t if i converted to mass air
I've been trying to get a straight answer as to what to do about the BAP sensor also!!! Do you leave it hooked up the way it is, do you unhook and plug the vac hose, but leave the wire harness connected, or do you unhook the wire and the hose and take the unit completelyout?
The manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor is located on the firewall next to the vacuum tree. Disconnect the vacuum line from the sensor going to the intake and plug the line going to the intake so you don't have a vacuum leak. Leave the port on the sensor open and DO NOT disconnect the electrical connection to the sensor. is that what u mean just trying to help
