H PIPE VS X PIPE?

RE: H PIPE VS X PIPE?
I have an x-pipe and it sounds raspier than my friend who has an h-pipe - his sounds deeper and better IMO. We both have similar header/exhaust set ups so I think that's why they sound different.

RE: H PIPE VS X PIPE?
Here we go again....
On the average bolt on 5.0 the x pipe will generally gain a few more hp (2-3) than an H pipe. They both sound different. Usually the h pipe has a "deeper" tons than the X pipe. IMO, go with what you think SOUNDS the best. I know personally, I would rather have a car that I liked the sound of with 194 hp than a car that I didnt like the sound of with 197hp. Just me.
