the rockers are bolt down, so you just tighten em up and your done.
if you dont wanna change valve springs, keep it @ or below a Ford B-303 cam (and even with that cam your risking valve float at high rpms)

When you change your cam, BE CAREFUL. And if you didn't hear that, BE CAREFUL
You don't want to knock the cam bearings out of alignment. Cover all of your lobes in white engine grease. After 30min of running, change the oil and filter to get that junk out.
Valve lash:
Make sure that both valves are in the closed position (the lifter is as low in it's travel path as it can go). If your intake is off this is easy, if not, ask again and I'll tell you (it's long, don't feel like typing if I don't have to). Twirl the pushrod lightly with your thumb and index finger, and start tightening down the nut. AS SOON as the rod stops twirling (will twirl with effort, but you shouldn't be using any effort), you're at zero lash. Turn the nut 1/2-3/4 turn past zero lash, and tighten the allen head locking screw. Do it for both intake and exhaust, then move to the next cylinder in the firing order.
