i just started to put my new 347 in and the valve covers on it i notice stick over the top like a 1/4 inch so that the gasket can barely be sealing they are pro comp electronic heads and i measured them from the stock heads i took off and the diff is about a 1/4 inch also if i use a different set of valve covers i have to move them all the way up to match the holes then they are hitting the spring i need help plz.

you may need a different type of valve cover, maybe from pro comp that will work with those heads.

will try to get a picture tomarrow i think we came up with a idea gonna put a 3/8 intake spacer on there to get by the intake then use the taller valve covers and try to seal the gasket to the head first to make them stay to where they will work best,

what intake are u using i have pro comp heads and i had to use a short valvecover to clear my bbk ssi intake unfortunatley pro comp valvecovers were to tall for my intake even with the 3/8 spacer and dont listen to any body on those heads they work great and mine flowed perfect out of the box for half the price
