Not really an easy way, just take your time and when you get mad, drink a beer.........and try again.

sorry i forgot the details. i got a 88 5.0 with mac shorty equal length headers. getting them out on the passenger side of the block isnt THAT THAT HARD its trying to get the new ones back in.
Yeah know i feel ya, i think it took me like 1- 1/2 hrs for the whole job- first time i did them. Now i dont think it would be that bad since ive done it, Just have various sizes of extensions, and maybe 2 universal joints, and thred them in by hand-or rubber hose like mentions(which ive not dont that-might be easier)
Good luck, youll get them one way or another

they arent as bad on the eecIV systems. but the old Duraspark II on the carbed 5.0's didnt quite have the spark power as the eec's so they didnt work as good on them... still.. you would have been better off with some autolites.. or i use motorcraft plugs and i have never had a problem with a plug ever.

I had Bosch platinum 2's...they were in about a year before I changed them out for 25's. It ran much better with the auto lites. You ignition system isn't made to run platinum
