autos arent exactly the best cars to put cams in but you can put a b-cam,e-cam,or and f-cam without changing anything

You can put the E-cam in by itself and you'll get a really nice midrange boost over stock.

i'd try f cam, it has a great boost once you get to 3k, might not be ideal for auto unless you plan on getting a stall sometime soon

so with the f cam you don't have to cut valve relifs in your pistons

from what iv heard the F is gonna be the biggest cam without reliefes but it will be close. The X cam needs valve reliefes. Now dont quote me on the F cam though as i dont have a 5.0 but have only learned info about them. Also in cam choice determine if u need to be emission legal. If so the E is the biggerst thats legal. Hope this helps
