Default cam question

I am soon going to be doning some work to my car, and was wondering some things. I bought 24lb injectors, and 76maf along with a 190fuel pump, my car already has a trick flow upper and lower intake with a 70mm throttle body, 3.55gears and i converted it to maf. I also have new heads i am going to put on, they are just brand new stock heads that ahve been port and polished and since i was going down that far i was wondering if i should put a cam in, but i really dont know much about engine internals and was looking for some help....waht kind, what brand, etc..the car is an 88gt and im planing on adding fullexhaust and a zex nitrous kit...thanks-

the ford racing E303 cam and the B303 are the two emission legal cams, E being the more potent of them. It has almost half and inch of lift and any more than that u will start to runs into piston to valve clearence so notched ones will be needed. Pretty much any cam that is emisson legal and has .500 or less of lift will work for stock heads and pistons

The E cam should work well. I have a simialr set up and it does pretty good. see my signature. The E cam seems to work well with mild combinations like mine and yours. I hope this helps.

You think B is emissions legal?

Damn I really hope it is, I want one, but I need to pass emissions.

good choice switching to domestic, youll save alot of money! comp cams is number one in my book, and it will be cheaper than any of the alphabetical cams, plus you can call them and they will custom grind you anything you want but they are experts so they know best!
