I was on my way to work when my 95 5.0 started to bog down or stutter in the throttle. It would only do it for a fraction of a second and then drive normal. There was about a second between each stutter. At the same time the ABS light came on and would flash in unison with the stuttering. Also, all of the gauges on the instrument panel would dash back in forth, again in unison with the stuttering of the throttle. I pulled over for a second and the stuttering stopped. I drove to work and it drove normal. As I pulled into the parking lot of my office I rolled up my windows. As I rolled up the windows I heard a faint high pitch noise and the stuttering started again. I turned the car off and went inside. I just went to take a look at it and its running normal again. I'm assuming this is some sort of electrical problem, but I have no clue where to start. Any ideas???
Yes, ECU is in the same location as a Fox. Check your battery voltage also, a nearly dead battery and no alternator output (the whine maybe) will cause the electronics to go crazy.
it runs perfect but when i get on it that i bang the gears and the car moves to much it starts to do that so i guess its a ground just havent found it.
