NO, just the fog lights. The headlights work without the key, but for the fog lights to work the ignition has to be in the ON position (not ACC)and the headlights have to be on (not just the parking lights). Really odd, but that's how it works on my 86 and I think the wiring is factory.

that shouldnt be right mine turn on with the key out and only the parking lights on and i have factory wiring

and I didnt need to have the key in to turn on the foglights in my old 5.0

trace the wiring might have been cut maybe they arent even plugged in

its just weird though because i know the brights are working just not the inner ones.

I flip the switch on and the outer one's are on.

Im ganna pull the inner one's tomorrow and see what i see.

Can i change the bulbs in those?
