Default shocks/struts/springs

what are some good adjustable shocks/struts and what are some good springs to get to make a DD 94 handle pretty good?

also, this might sound dumb but what are coil overs?

coil overs allow you to adjust your ride height without changing springs

strange is available for the front and back, they are adjustable, 10 settings so you can find the stiffness you like for ur set up... look on summit

a lot of sites talk about drag racing for the strange springs. Since im looking for a corner carver, would these shocks/struts work good?

strange struts* and i would say yes, i use them for drag racing and DD... i have them, 4cyl springs(handle badly, for drag racing only) and no sway bar... if i tighten them down i can take it over 100 on a ****ty *** back road and itll handle better then stock did

i think someone else on here w. a red hatchback has them all the way around for more of a handling set up... im forgetting his name right now...

i see strange makes both shocks and struts. basically what im asking is if i run stranges all the way around will it be more of a drag setup or a handling setup, because im aiming for something that can handle really well. im probably going to run eibach competition springs.
