Default What plugs should I get

I have an 87 GT 302, It has a new engine in it. however it has been sitting for over a year and a half. I would like to put it on the road this year. I am looking into changing the plugs. What ones should I get and what should the gap be??

I have an msd distributor, with 9mm wires.

the ford racing 9mm should work fine. or go with some 8.5 msd wires.

our cars arent ment to run with 'advanced' plugs, this is a poor mans fast car, its ment to run with the basic stuff, 87 octane, autolite plugs, etc.

Bosch is absolute ****! Don't run any kind of platinum plug on these motors (like Adder said). Just stick with the normal autolites and you'll be fine.
