chances are a 331 stroker wont get 400rwhp,might get well over 300rwhp..., more like 350-upper 3ish.... at leaast all motor.. 400 on a fly no prob....on wheels its harder.. itll have torq galore tho...a buddy of mine as well as me,has a 331...he dynoed at 356rwhp with a HCI set up,on a 331 stroker and 10.1 comp////

gettin 400rwhp is going to take a lot of money outta a NA 331,, and your talking at leas 93 octane or more proly race gas and 11 or 11.5:1 compression,,on my dart based 347 at 8.5:1 comp it wasdynotuned @ 340RWHP 380 RWTQ, final dynotune 379RWHP 429RWTQ but final was super lean up top so went back to 340

i would thinks this to be doable... that seems like a nice round setup... and rbarn is a smart fello he knows his ****... and im workin with jay allen from camshaftinnovations his a great guy... i think gettin the heads are goin to need to be you biggest concern... dont wnat ot large or small.... a 195 sounds doesnt sond bad... a 205 from afr might work... i wouldnt go ne bigger... but i owuld htink a 185 might be alil small... u dont wanna get to much flow or ull lose you velocity and since u arent running boost u really dont wanna blog it down to much... i go with the above setup tho

might as well got 347 if you are going to spend the cash, actually for the same cashyou outta go 408 or 427 slap a carb on there and voila 500hp,,

If you have not ordered the stroker kit, a 347 would make this an easier accomplishment,.

Damn i thought i might have made 400rwhp, but it looks like it is going to be less, I have 10.5 comp... I have never had it dynoed but i will be doing that soon, But guys check my domain for my mods and see how close i would come
