Much of it really is preference/necessity. If the car came EFI, might as well keep EFI, if you gotta pass smog, then you must retain EFI. But either one,set up properly will work just as well, though EFI usually tends to have the mileage/drivability edge. I do enjoy not having to chase electrical ghosts trying to find which sensor took a crap though. Especially when it's intermitant. Having EFI sucks without a scanner. I'd prefer EFI for forced induction too

Adder why cant you run Ethonal in a Carb? Isnt ethonal corn based alcohol? Couldnt you just buy and Alky Carb and still be hanging with the EFI guys?

adder you sure do like to complain bout mpg . and gas prices . show me a mustang that is good on gas yes some might be if you baby it but if you have a stang and baby it you must be old or dont know how to drive a stang . and if wanna complain bout mpg and stuff buy a damn honda or something . but me ill jus keep my carb on my car and not worry bout mpg cause im not plan on building a car for good gas milage .
