sputters when cold

ok so the last things ive installed is cai and a new harmonic balancer. and when the engine is cold it kinda sputters and jerksthen jumps rpms what could it be. i modified my cai because i thought it wasn't getting enough air but it is still doing it

instead of having it do a 90 degree turn into the fender i have it going straight the whole way
