Hey well my dad mentioned that there may be way to much oil could that have anything to do with this?
Unfortunately, that also points to a blown head gasket.I'm guessing that he checked the dipstick and found that it was way over the "max" line. This could be because the oil in the crankcase mixed with coolant. It would still mostly maintain the color of oil, but it would make it look like you have too much oil.
In other words, you have the right amount of oil. Add some other foreign liquid to the oil and it causes the levels to rise, thus making it look like you have too much oil.
The more I hear your symptoms, the more I'm thinking you have a blown head gasket.
It wouldn't hurt to do a compression test to see what the results are. It's easy to do and won't take too much time. It's just like changing the plugs.
