some drunk was speeding done my street in honda civic hatchand ramed it in the back. the guys left his head shape on his windshield cause he wasnt wearing his setbelt.this was the next morning. my car was facing the other way the night before, he basically almost made it do a 180.

Im sorry to hear about the lose...that stinks on 3 accounts..1. you lost your mustang 2. It was from a honda civic and 3. Drunk drivers never will never learn and he's probably going to do it again once hes out of jail

whats even worse is that his insurance expired two days prior. that guy was bleeding horribly from his head. they had EMS take him away. ill see what the insurance says today. but i still have to buy back the car from the insurance company. just so i can take out the motor and keep what i can. the motor isn't even a year old.

i would take him to civil court and sue him for enough to buy a new stang and some money to buy one of those 5.0 GT40 engines that puts out 345hp. it would be freakin sweet

that would be sweet. but like i say ill see what the insurance company says, even at that i dont think the blue book value is all that much.

u have a rare opertunity here... try to be positive... honestly... the courts hate drunk drivers more than a lotta otehr crimes... sue the holy hell outta him.... sue him for the car... sum him for every mod u had on it... sue him for the time u put into it and charge an arm and a leg on that cuz some machanics are really pricey newayz... if you good with a decent lawyer u could walk away with 8grand or so if u but a new engine in it

bleeding from head huh i would of made sure he had some broken bones also before ambulance came and got him lol . and thats sucks man hope you come out good and get a new stang out of the hole ordeal .
