The gorrilla that charged my A/C broke my T/V Cable, Or kick down cable, Whatever you wanna call it. He knocked it out of the Throttle body. The local Ford dealer said I had to buy the whole cable, As there is no retainer available to hold the cable on the throttle body arm. It's A 5.0 HO MFI. If I gotta buy the cable I will, But I would think there would be A retainer available. Trust me you don't want to drive without it. I was in overdrive at 25 MPH.

 

the retainer comes off i believe. how else could you adjust it if it didnt. go to the junkyard.
