Ok im going to try and replace my oilpan gasket on wensday.
what would be the best way to raise the engine up.
i was think of using the manifold bolts and ataching chains to the front two and the back two. Would this work and could i leave the manifold on when i do it
any tips or advice would be great

Best bet would be to remove a exhaust manifold bolt and put in a longer one and attach the chain to that.

I would also put in a new oil pump while the pan is off since they run only about $20
