Default flowmaster or SLP...

i currently have exhaust wise, a magnaflow hi-flow x-pipe and flowmaster delta flow 40 series catback, i wanna know if i dump the pipe before the axle and change themuffler to a loudmouth will it be louder? or what do you think? i need to pass smog, im in california. thank you

If you just dump the Flowmasters it will be louder, but if you want it a lot louder get the SLP mufflers. Because they are not chambered they are a good deal louder, but also more raspy than the Flows.

i never heard slp loud mouths dumped....you think they would sound good? that sounds like a good option if they would cuz i got dumped flows and its okkkkay....but i need louder

Open headers wont give you the most power...

SLP Loudmouth 1s are the loudest SLP makes, they are basically a straight through resonator, very loud, doesn't really have a tone. Check the exhaust sticky to hear some clips.

yah im lookin into loudmouth 1's but i see a whole catback for it and wondering i already have a flow 2.5in catback i want the loudmouth on there but dont want to change the piping, am i going to have to? and is the loudmouth 1 just a resonator? or is it a muffler? ro do i need both? cuz on ALP's site it says loudmouth 1 and i have to pick a PowerFlo or Loudmouth II muffler, whats this mean? thank you

If you want it to fit perfect you should just buy the catback, i dont think the flowmasters and SLP mufflers are interchangable.

the SLP kits are made so you can change between the LM1, LM2 and Proflows whenever you want, but you should be able to just buy the LM1 kit if you want.
