well I can see an issue already.... I bled it in this order... front 3 4
rear 1 2 Could this be the problem?

you always want to start from the furthest away from the master and work your way towards it, if you dont, there could be air right in the middle of the lines that isn't being bled out.

pretty sure. you had all the brakes line off doing the swap, and you bled it in the wrong order. 98% chance this is your problem.
