Scarey fast!
I just got back from a test session with the new 125 shot kit on my car. The results were awesome! I had a 100 shot on the car with the ported and polished E7s, and it ran well. The 125 shot with the AFR 185s, Lunati custom grind, and long tubes is nuts! I ranthe first few passes on street tires no NOS and the car ran well. It roasted the tires with any rpm launch off the line , and spun pretty bad in 2nd with aggressive shifting. With a little driving adjustment the car ran hard with no problems and minimal spin. The next few passes were on the spray. All I can say is that it was a learning experience with the street tires. The car blew the tires off in 1st,2nd,and 3rd the first few passes even with the 2:73 gears. After rolling the car out w/o the spray and then hitting it in 2nd it responded well although still roasting the tires as the torque elevated. The last pass was lots of fun for about a second. I launched it at 3000 on the spray with the Hossiers heated up nicely, and it hooked HARD. The car left hard and headed for the wall so I had to let off. I feel pretty good about the car running low 11s with the propper suspension set up and gearing........and driving :P Sad for me I was told not to come back to the track untill I get a roll cage in the car. I hate to put a cage in my convertible so I think it's time to hunt for a coupe.
I will try to put some pictures up soon of the NOS plumbing in the motor as well as the car hooking with the slicks.

You don't need a full cage until you're running 10.99 or less, you can toss a bar in there pretty easily. Are you running a stock intake, or did you just forget to mention it?
