Been doing some research too, and this one is designed correctly.
The two sloping end caps on the bottom intake side are
important to keep air flow even thru the full length of the intercooler core.

 

looks pretty good, a TT 351w is gonna be fast as hell

i've read a lot bout your build with the 302 then the 351 n/a and now the 351tt but i cant recall anything bout the chassis. i kno ur an intelligent guy and that you kno the car needs it, more so being a vert. what all have you done to make this thing hook and not twist the car? im sure you've said it before but i guess i missed it

Anything 550rwhp or over and I'll be happy.

My tuner ( Fastlane ) thinks we might see 600rwhp at 10psi

really could make more theoretically
most turbo kits add about 80% hp at 10psi.

It made 360rwhp n/a so ....................

360 X 80% = 645rwhp possible, I dont think it'll be that high though.

 

im not certain if this is true or not, but a single turbo will produce just as much hp as a TT but the TT allows a lot less lag?

 

thats mostly correct.... the larger the Tubro the more exhuast and heat it takes to spool up.... so a smaller turbo spools up a lot faster..... but u lose air volume.... to compensate u get two turbos with the same total intlet air as one and you hp numbers will be pretty much the same but u will hit max boost a hell of a lot faster... so yea u are rite.... also one huge tubro starts to become an room problem... greated thats a pretty big turbo but still thats another factor
