Default Anybody have pics of timing pointer

I want to see if anyone has a pic of the timing pointer. I have been trying to get my timing set right, the problem I had when I started was no timing pointer. Found one and installed it, the problem now is I can set it all the way to 20* and no ping on 87 octane, should I keep going until it pings at high rpms or what. I have checked out the harmonic balancer and it looks fine. The motor in the car is from a 95 model mustang, that should not make a difference should it. Thanks for any help.

You use the edge (A in the 2nd. pic), the pointer on the first pic would be mounted LH to the right as shown on the 2nd. pic.

well it is set up correctly then, thanks joel, I think I am going to start back at 10* and go from there, something just does not feel right, and I have checked to codes as well.
