I know I always assume the worst!!
I once changed a tranny on my vw when all it needed was a wheel bearing!!
The cam is stock as far as I know...I bought this car built so I dont know much about it.
It has a 150 shot but I have not used it yet, I still need to get a tank. I have had this car for a year and a friend owned it for 2 years before me with no NOS.
