thats the plan for next paycheck, ive never been a huge fan of droppign hte fuel tanks thou, always seems to be more surprizes then anticipated. any tips for dropping the tank on a 95?
only real tip...wait until she's as empty as you can get her, drop the tank and simply pay close attention to how everything comes apart. USE ONLY BRASS TOOLS FOR A STRIKER TO REMOVE THE PUMP ASSEMBLY RETAINING RING TO PREVENT SPARKS...hope that wasn't too loud
yeah sounds just like anyother intank fuel pump, i just hate them dman straps, they always like to break and strip. but my underbody is real clean so maybe i wont have anything to worry about. What should a 255 lph pump handle spray wise?

I know that feeling I was trying to do mine last weekend and both of the bolts holding on the straps are seized really bad...tryed sprying the down still nothing, I am just thinking of taking it to a shop for the fuel pump rather than me snapping the damn things off
yea i need to do mine soon on my 89.....now someone was saying 255 is too much of a pump for mostly stock car and you might be hurting yourself, like your fuel gets too heated.
