Tuning Problem!!! YOU BETTER KNOW UR STUFF
im at work gonna go run outside to see what i got my fuel pressure at and let you know... but we checked all the common sensors, although i didnt see him under teh hood with a volt meter, he came highly recomended hp performance in jacsonville fl
the computer i think i was talkin about was the iac i believe its like bolted to the fender panel its about the size of a deck of cards
i meant like the air to fuel ratio went from 12.7 to like 5 at the same point which was 4300 rpms its tuned perfectly until there then just goes stupid rich

At first you were saying it goes lean. But now it sounds lke it's running rich. What's your fuel pressure like when you're running rich? Any chance someone screwed up your MAF transfer table when entering teh numbers?
BTW, that's not your IAC on teh fender.

just for clarification for all of us... what exactly was your AF ratio when you thought it was rich? I'm hoping you're not trying to attain 14.7:1 at WOT and calling anything richer than that "too rich."
i said i wasnt sure if it was rich or lean the number im talkin about which is the 12.7 number was a number i was watching on the screen that was suppose to be the air to fuel ratio. Im sure you all know this, I know only what I have learned and I have no idea about the computer system and what sensors do what. We tested a few but it was costing me mad money since the dyno is by the hour so I was gonna run it by my motor guy and see what he says, he just hasnt got back with me about the issue and i want my car tuned
and the number i was watching on the dyno screen was 12.7 until 4,300 rpms every run but 2 times the air to fuel ratio went staight on the line is was suppose to then dropped low
Yeah, that's the AF ratio you were watching. When it "flatlined" did you notice any sudden changes in the way the engine sounded or any changes in the output? Perhaps the problem is with the sensor and not your car.
Did you put a cover sheet on the TPS report?
