anyone have a vortech v2-sq trim clip?
Like the title says looking for a v2-sq clip. I just got a good deal on this kit, but I like the whistle sound the straight cut gears make and was seeing if you can still hear the sq trim. Thanks

Sorry, I've only got a procharger so that's the only clip I can offer. Got a friend with a powerdyne (I guess you can technically call that a supercharger) and one with a paxton. So I've heard all of those. But I've never heard the SQ Trim.
From what I understand and from what I have read, it almost seems like a crap shoot. I've heard some say that it's pretty loud while others have said you can abrely hear it at all. Not that that will help you any, but if that is the case, hearing what it sounds like on one person's car may not be what it sounds like on another person's car.

I can help you slightly...
I used to have a Powerdyne(sucked) and you could not hear it at all...
I now have a V1 S-Trim and it is real loud..I love it, but this is not a daily driver. You can hear the blower whistle almost as loud as my Flowmaster 40s. Not sure I would want this on a car I drove everyday...Also there is no question that I have a blower with the V1, so anyone pulling up next to me knows what I got.
The SQ is obviously Super Quiet so I bet it is like the Powerdyne and can not really be heard. Call Vortech and ask them.

Only90's. Well here's a good way to compare it. You said your Vortech was extremely loud. Click on the link in my sig and let us know if it was louder than that Procharger. Pro50SC and I both have the same S/C and they sound about the same. So we can probably rate the vortech loudness against an average procharger.
