are they worth it? better than cai?

For a NA application I would just stick with a CAI kit.

ive heard that the power pipe for n/a motors is the only cai thats worth buying. no personal experience with it tho.

just buy an Ebay CAI... you arent going to make enough HP to justify the $100+ difference
