i need to know where i can find someone that sells the wiring harness that goes to the fuel pump and sending unit. i think that because the connector at my fuel sending unit is damaged, it is causing the gauge to read full all the time. i took out the connection at the guages and re connected it and the gauge showed the correct fuel level but after a while the gauge climbs back up. i had noticed that the connection at the sending unit was damaged but had payed no attention to it. If anyone has any suggestions please post them.

a new harness is probably only available from a Ford dealer but you can probably find a used one in the junkyard and cut it out and splice it in to replace the damaged one you have now.
