RE: starting problem??
u know whats weird I noticed one day that that sensor was unplugged and i plugged it back in, this was during the summer, but i didnt notice a difference, i think i will replace it. now since that is in the lower intake to i need some sort of thread tape to maintain an air tight seal or what

RE: starting problem??
i use tephlon tape or whatever, just put a good layer on it and you should be good to go, im sure thats your problem if you had it unpluged this whole time, they need to be pluged in LOL

RE: starting problem??
The sensor doesn't need anything installed on it before you install into the engine.I believe the ssensor uses the intake for ground. Therefore if tephlon tape is installed the sensor won't ground.
Someone correct me if I am wrong.

RE: starting problem??
Well it was unpluged long before there was a problem, i had noticed during the summer when i was doing my tune up, and i plugged it back in but hopefully if ireplace the sensor and i fix the vacuum leak i can be done with this damn annoying idle sh*t, i'd much rather be focusing on performance upgrades...lol
