starting problem??

u know whats weird I noticed one day that that sensor was unplugged and i plugged it back in, this was during the summer, but i didnt notice a difference, i think i will replace it. now since that is in the lower intake to i need some sort of thread tape to maintain an air tight seal or what

i use tephlon tape or whatever, just put a good layer on it and you should be good to go, im sure thats your problem if you had it unpluged this whole time, they need to be pluged in LOL

My car has simialr problems. But im using a E-cam. Im thinking mine is fuel problem not getting enough. that be fixed as soon as the wither get alittle warmer.

The sensor doesn't need anything installed on it before you install into the engine.I believe the ssensor uses the intake for ground.Therefore if tephlon tape is installed the sensor won't ground.

Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Well it was unpluged long before there was a problem, i had noticed during the summer when i was doing my tune up, and i plugged it back in but hopefully if ireplace the sensor and i fix the vacuum leak i can be done with this damn annoying idle sh*t, i'd much rather be focusing on performance upgrades...lol

never put the filter near the fan what you are getting is an air wash..put it in the fender and the problem will be solved or put a shield in front of it
