So let me get this strait. Your car is not everheating but you are losing coolant?

Is it only your overflow tank that is losingcoolant or does your radiator lose coolant also?

it goes from the radiator into the resivior and then pours out and none gets sucked back in but there is an *** load of air that comes out in the morning when i go to fill it up

Start with the little stuff. First off, why are you running a 165 Thermostat? Second get a new cap. And cross your fingers that Mattdel is wrong.

first and foremost, ditch that thermo. your not doing the motor any good running it that cold. i dont care what your buddys tell you. the colder thermostat trick DOES NOT work for EFI.

think about it logically, if air is entering into a supposedly sealed system, obviously you have a suction leak.
