Default Clutch problem? (needs answers)

My clutch on my 95 stang is releasing high but it dosent slip. The problem is that I can't get the power down quick enough. I'm starting to grind gears because I can shift faster than I can release the clutch because it grabs so high off the floor.Everybody I talk too says there's no way to adjust it?Anybody know how to fix this problem with out replacing the clutch because like I said it dosen't slip it just releases high????

I am not sure what kit adder is talking about but I have the steeda adjustable cable, dual hook quadrant and firewall adjuster and I still can't get my clutch to release low enough either. Good luck, I think mine is the clutch, but my clutch does not slip either, unfortunately it is the kc clutch.
