so what size tire do u think would work with those rims, and not stick out?


i checked my dads 69 dart two seconds ago and he has 235/60/15 tires and he runs high 11's with it.....so obviously you dont need big wide back tires to hook at the track.

would 60's be to tall of a tire? i will be running 4.10:1 gears. i really have no problem going with a skinnier tire becasue i know all about the bigger the tire the more power it takes to turn it.

hey i got a 83 gt with welds 10 holes
i got 10 inch rim on the back 6.5 backspace they dont rub or stick out , i got 27x11.50 hossiers on it looks bas as.

i only have 4.5" backspacing so i will prob get the 235/60/15's and they wont stick out right adder?

those are great wide tires IF I WERE RUNNING 10 seconds in the 1/4 lol..but this is gunna be a street/strip car maximuim i want low 12's in the 1/4 lol
