It will be louder but not as loud as you would like it.. Get some headers, offroad mid pipe, and flows...

I have it and it sounds pretty good-like typical flows. It didn't fit worth a dam and the quality sucks! I won't buy another flowmaster exhaust. SLP next.

I just replaced my Flowmasters with Cherry Bomb Turbo's. I have an H-Pipe w/o cats so it was way too loud and raspy with the Flows. Above 220rpm was deafening (sp?). Now it has a deep big block feel that you can feel without be overwhelming above 2000rpm. I am very happy and do not wake up the neighbors anymore when I come home late. The Cherry Bomb still have some volume, especially w/o cats, but now it is deep and not mechanical. The guy at the shop has the same Flows on his 93 Cobra but had cats so it was not nearly as loud as mine.

I don't find that mine is all that loud unless I am really hammering on it, but everyone says slp is very good quality. Kinnda pricy though

I have Flowtech shorties, off-road x-pipe, and Flowmaster mufflers with the stock exhaust behind the bumper, and it's loud as ****. Everyone loves the sound of it.

i have dumped 40s, w. an o/r h pipe... it sets off some car alarms, and wakes the parents from about a 1/4 mile away if in on it.

hah, good story, was over a chicks house having a "good time" all went well(rents thought i left at 11 after they went to sleep), go to leave at around 2, get home and she txts me "my mom heard u leave just now, so i got introuble". eh, atleast she heard the car and not us, but yea... point is... their loud. if i rev up in my friends driveway, it shakes his windows
