Default Compression and smoke ?'s

I have a boosted 1990 gt. The compression is 140 all around except for the #6 cylinder and it is at 130.. Is this good for a motor with 120,000 miles on it. Well unless the previous owner rebuilt it. But i doubt it cause it was stock when i got it. But anyways whn i hit boost it looks like james bond smoke screen coming out my exhaust. Its is a bluish white smoke. When is idles it dont smoke. Could it bee my turbo. It has less than 200 miles on the turbo kit. Im really confused.

you can check the shaft play in you turbo and just see how much it moves.

it could definitly be your turbo. I had that same problem with my probe.

I had a bad oil seal

oil return line may be kinked or too small, that would cause it to smoke.

Does the motor use any oil between changes? I ask because you can have great compression, yet still be losing oil past the pistons rings.

Whatever it is, it's oil coming from somewhere. Pull the spark plugs and see if they're fouled with oil to find out if you're burning it past the rings(or enough that you can see it on the plugs) If not then look elsewhere(turbo etc)
