Default WTF?!?!?!?

it just started happening last night, when i was racing when i launch, as soon as i hit second my Brake light came on, then it stayed on in 3rd then in 4th it goes away. wtf?

Mine was doing that. I checked the brake fluid level to find it was low. filled it up and light stopped coming on.

ok, last night it wasnt low or maybe it was just too dark to notice, but now i think its a little low, thats just great because now i gotta trace the leak blah.

You may not have a leak. Check your brake pads and such first to be sure. The lower the pads get the more fluid it takes to push the pistons and your fluid will look low.

I had a light every so often to. So i added some fluid. I ended up replacing the brakes the next day [they were low] and while compressing the piston in the caliper, my fluid level rose back up and ihad to siphon some back.

No leaks, just needed new pads.

unless you have a leak, you should never add brake fluid. its a sealed system its not like it evaporated or anything. like blckstng93 said, if ur pads or shoes are worn then the fluid will look like its low but dont add fluid just put new brakes on it.

yep.. i had the same problem with my bird.. brake light would come on all the time.. put on some new pads, and i was good to go
