5.0L (1979-1995) MustangTechnical discussions on 5.0 Liter Mustangs within. This does not include the 5.0 from the 2011 Mustang GT. That information is in the 2005-1011 section.
this is true, i guess you cant expect anything too great with 4.10's, but I guess I cant complain about the mileage I get with 4.10's compared to some of you guys.
not tryin to jack your thread or nothin, but thought i would ask. i've been told that if all u do is city driving, that 4.10s can actually increase your gas mileage? i've been told by others that your mileage hardly suffers in the city and its the highway that u suffer. since all i do is city driving this would be good news for me
edit: i know this is the 5.0 section, but i'm sure the same concept applies to a 4.6 right?
thats fine i dont konw. The person i bought the car from said the gears were stock. I dont konw in a diff thread everyone thought i had 4:10s with my rpms and things. So thats waht i put i have. I am gonna eventually go jack it up and look i am just lazy
if u drive sensibly even with 4.10s you should get better, OB has 4.10s and all the bolts on and he does better than that, but he has a perfect tune on his too......
